  • Payment Methods Accepted: We accept iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, SEPA, MobilePay, and Klarna.
  • Monthly Donations: You can opt for a monthly sponsorship via the donation page. Monthly donations are used to support the organization in the same way as single donations.
  • Donation Issues: If you’re experiencing issues while making a donation, try switching browsers or devices, clearing your cookies, or using a different payment method. If the problem persists, contact your bank or payment provider. You can also reach out to us via our webform for further assistance.
  • Donation Verification: If your donation does not appear in your payment or bank records, the transaction may not have been processed. Wait a few hours, check for any confirmation emails from your payment provider, and verify with your bank or payment service to see if the transaction is pending. If the issue persists and the amount is not deducted, please contact us with your full name, exact donation amount, date of donation, and payment method.
  • Donation Receipts: If you need a receipt for your donation, kindly send us your full name, exact donation amount, date of donation, and payment method, and we will be happy to provide you with a receipt.
  • Tax Deductibility: Donations are not tax-deductible.
  • Refunds: Donations to The Hind Rajab Foundation are non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error or processed twice, please contact us via our webform with the relevant details. We’ll be happy to review your request and assist accordingly.
  • Cancellation of Monthly Sponsorship: You can easily cancel your sponsorship by submitting a request through our webform. No explanation is required—just let us know, and we’ll take care of the rest.
